Directions to the Portland Office
From the South
1. Follow 95N into Maine.
2. Off 95N take Exit 44 (formerly exit 6A) (South Portland) and continue straight after the toll onto 295N
3. Off 295N take Exit 6A (Forest Avenue South)
4. Follow Forest Ave. through several intersections until the road ends on Congress Street.
5. Take a LEFT onto Congress Street.
6. Take your first RIGHT onto Oak Street. Our building is the one on the RIGHT. It runs the whole length of Oak St. (between Congress and Free Streets).
Parking:
7. At the stop sign on Oak St., turn LEFT onto Free Street. The parking garage is on the RIGHT.
FREE parking for guests of Diversified: Take a green ticket when you enter the garage. Bring your ticket to Diversified’s reception desk at 121 Free Street to be stamped. Return the ticket to the garage attendant upon exiting the garage for FREE parking.

1. In Gardner, get off 495 (the toll Road) onto 95 South (non-toll road)
2. 95S will turn into 295

• From London Gatwick Airport South: follow signs to the M23 / A23 sign-posted London / Brighton
• Junction 9 (M23): At roundabout take 2nd exit sign-posted Brighton
• Follow M23 into A23 dual carriageway until you reach the roundabout sign-posted Brighton / Worthing / Lewes
• Continue ahead on the (A23) London Road sign-posted to Brighton
• Proceed along the London Road following all signs to Brighton City Centre / Seafront
• At Preston Circus, you will pass the Fire Station on your left and follow the road round to the left.
• At the traffic lights at the top of the hill follow the road round to the right
• At the traffic lights at the bottom of the hill you will see St Peter’s Church – take the left fork in the road in the right hand lane
• Turn right at the next set of traffic lights, keeping in the right hand lane
• Continue ahead through the next two sets of traffic lights, keeping in the right hand lane
• Just before the next set of traffic lights, take the right hand slip lane (next to the bus lane)
• The Royal Pavilion is on your immediate left and straight ahead on your left is the Brighton Dome, in Church Street
• Blenheim House is immediately opposite the Brighton Dome, on the right hand side of the road
• The parking bays immediately outside our office are for disabled and solo motorcycles only so you will need to continue up Church Street to the NCP Theatre Car Park on the left hand side of the road
