1949-1970 - Former Governor Horace
A. Hildreth, Sr. served as Chairman. He was also President of
Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania during this time
and later served as the United States' Ambassador to Pakistan.
1970-1978 - Russell W. Brace
joined Diversified as President upon the merger with National
Fisherman. During this period, WCJB-TV and Fish Expo were
acquired, and the company also entered the Cable TV industry.
1979-1994 - Horace A. Hildreth,
Jr., a Portland lawyer who had been serving as General Counsel
to Diversified, became President and CEO. The company continued
its growth in the Cable TV industry, eventually acquiring over 60,000
subscribers; and TV stations were purchased in Scranton, Pennsylvania,
New Bern, North Carolina, and Florence/Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Mr. Hildreth presently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

DAVID LOWELL, CEO, Diversified
Communications
As CEO of Diversified Communications, Mr. Lowell is responsible
for the overall direction of the company. He has served as President
and CEO of DC since 1994. Mr. Lowell joined the company in 1979
as the Director of Personnel. Subsequently, he has held various
management positions, including leadership roles in the Publishing
and Trade Show Divisions as well as in Cable and Printing, former
divisions of DC. Prior to joining Diversified Communications, Mr.
Lowell served as President of a family oil distributorship on the
coast of Maine.

PAUL CLANCY, Chief Financial
Officer, Diversified Communications
Mr. Clancy directs the financial affairs of all of Diversified's
divisions, working with bankers, shareholders and other company
leaders in securing the organization's cash resources. Financial
reporting, accounting and human resources also fall under his leadership.
Prior to joining Diversified in 1979, Mr. Clancy worked in public
accounting. Mr. Clancy serves on the board of Junior Achievement,
which provides economics education for students K-12.

CAROLYN BARRETT, President,
Broadcast Division
Ms. Barrett has overall responsibility for the growth and strategic
direction of the broadcast division of Diversified Communications.
Before assuming the role of President of the broadcast division
in 1993, Ms. Barrett served as the General Manager of WCJB-TV in
Gainesville, Florida. She joined WCJB-TV in 1979 as an account executive.
Prior to joining WCJB-TV, Ms. Barrett held various positions in
the radio field, including copywriting, production and sales. Ms.
Barrett is a member of the Gainesville Rotary Club and on the board
of directors of other local organizations.

NANCY HASSELBACK,
President and CEO of Diversified Business Communications
As President and CEO, Ms. Hasselback is responsible
for overseeing the strategic growth of the trade show and publishing
division worldwide. Ms. Hasselback's tenure at DBC began in 1979,
as the editor and subsequently publisher of SeaFood Business magazine.
She was responsible for the launch and development of the magazine,
which has been the industry leader for over two decades. In 1991,
she was promoted to Business Development Director, and to Vice
President Business Development in 1995. Under Ms. Hasselback's
direction, DBC's portfolio of trade shows and publications expanded
through acquisitions, launches and association partnerships.
